Incidentally, our company, WARMICO, is considering options for acquiring stakes in companies engaged in electricity generation from renewable energy sources, primarily related to biogas and RNG.
We are prepared to consider proposals from any operating enterprises interested in attracting investment following a valuation of the company according to strictly market terms.
We are open to discussing any proposals from any successful projects, preferably in Europe or Asia, but we are also willing to consider proposals from other regions.
