The best answer – it depends on your locations and specifics of your project. If you look at the US a couple of years ago, the agricultural biogas projects were booming. Now, when the administration focus has changed, ag biogas is no longer the answer to all questions and the US biogas industry is focusing more on food waste potential.

In Canada, every province is different. For example, in Quebec, we are waiting to see if the government will put back the funding program for AD projects. This program was very popular and brought forward multiple RNG projects that are not in development and it was put on hold last year.
