Hello,
I can tell you from my side that the awareness of pyro and biochar is definitely given, especially with the background that I have worked intensively with activated HTC (hydrothermal carbonisation) and pyro char during my studies.
With regard to their use in anaerobic fermentation, I keep reading about new research projects and new insights. However, the yield increase results are very different and inconsistent. Nevertheless, the benefit of biochar in the digestate should not be underestimated, especially from an agricultural point of view.

There is a feed-in tariff for electricity generated from biogas. The following link provides the latest version of law 4414/2016as amended by the ministerial decisionΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΠΕΕΚ/30971/1190/26-3-2020
For biomethane, there is not yet a regulatory framework. There is a possibility that the connection to the gas network will be made easier in the future.
