The ATEE Biogas Club , which has been running the CO2 WG for renewable gas sectors since 2019, is organizing a technical day on the valorization of biogenic CO2 in partnership with the CO2 Club and Pôle Bioeconomy for Change (B4C) on March 18, 2025 at Comet Bourse, Paris 2nd .
Biogenic CO2 or bioCO2, from biomass transformation sectors such as methanization, paper mills or ethanol production, is a resource whose value is growing in the bioeconomy.
What regulatory framework does the valorization of bioCO2 take place in? What are the issues associated with its transport? What are the possible outlets, both in terms of energy and materials?
Round tables combining research, feedback and regulatory expertise will enable the entire bioCO2 sector to take stock of progress and development prospects for the coming years.
