Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Manager for Biogas Upgrading – Group (M/F) on a permanent contract.
As Senior Manager for Biogas Upgrading, you will work at the Group level and play a strategic role in the development and industrialization of innovative solutions related to biogas and BioCO2 applications. You will be at the cross of technical expertise and strategic project management, with the goal of supporting our subsidiaries and strengthening our position in the renewable energy field.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Participating in the group’s development by turning strategy into user-oriented products and solutions.
- Managing cross-functional development and industrialization projects by coordinating internal and external resources.
- Working closely with the group’s services and subsidiaries, building strong relationships to support them in project development, engineering, and methods.
- Conducting regulatory and technological monitoring to anticipate market changes and integrate best practices.
- Providing high-level technical expertise, from defining solutions to their operational implementation.
- Leveraging internal lessons learned by sharing knowledge and best practices across the group while involving internal and external experts.
- Driving continuous improvement of products, solutions, and processes to ensure optimal performance.
You will report directly to the Business Development & Marketing Director and collaborate closely with local subsidiary teams, R&D, production, engineering departments, and external partners. Occasional travel to different subsidiaries and industrial sites within the group will be required to oversee or participate in projects and support teams.
Job Qualifications
What you can bring to us :
- An engineering degree in chemical engineering, energy, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar or related role, with recognized expertise in biogas upgrading for biomethane production.
- Strong teamwork skills, leadership, ability to work across functions, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with other departments and clients.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
