Job Description

You will be placed within Construction Engineering, an engineering function of the AB Group Operations department that customizes and installs the cogeneration, biogas, and biomethane plants produced by AB Impianti at the end customer.

Construction Engineering has the function of implementing engineering to support installations and system interfacing at the customer’s site.

The main design activity is integrated through the execution of site inspections and surveys in the field and through coordination with the main functions involved in the project, both external and internal (a, Project Management, Logistics, Warehouse, Purchasing Office, Product Engineering….).

Responsibilities

Main activities 

Plant layout development and design:

• Site assessment and study of interconnections between AB systems and customer utilities in coordination with the Site Manager.
• Development of the routes of the LV/MV power lines for customer interface.
• Creating bills of materials.

Project Analysis and Management

• Supervision of integrated design with other departments of the AB group.
• Interface with subcontractors.
• Coordination with the installation team for the preparation of the construction site activity schedule.
• Technical assistance during installation phases.

Job Qualifications

• You are a high school graduate or recent graduate with a technical focus (electrical, electrotechnical, or industrial expert).
• You have technical-practical experience in the plant engineering and know the electrical terminology and components.
• You know Autocad 2D, Office package and ePlan (non-binding).
• You have a basic knowledge of the English language.
• You want to combine office experience with field experience.
• You are a precise, curious person with good communication and problem-solving skills;
• You are looking for an environment where you can acquire skills and grow in the engineering or management field.
