Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the operational management and technical support of our plants.

 

Employment conditions

  • Permanent contract
  • 40 hours per week with the possibility of shifts (including evenings and weekends)
  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • Place of work: Piacenza

Responsibilities

  • Remote monitoring of plants and daily checks via supervision systems
  • Diagnosis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, automation or other types of faults
  • Technical support to customers via telephone and remote control
  • Drafting of technical intervention reports for customers and the After-Sales Service Manager

 

Job Qualifications

  • Technical qualification (industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, automation or equivalent)
  • Autonomy, methodical approach and organisational skills in managing interventions
  • Proven skills in: electricity, electrical engineering, mechanics, valves, instrumentation and automation
  • Experience in the biogas and/or Oil&Gas sector is a plus
  • Up-to-date electrical certifications are considered an advantage
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evening or weekend shifts
  • Knowledge of technical English (for remote support and relations with international customers); knowledge of French is an added value
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and aptitude for customer contact
