Job Description
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the operational management and technical support of our plants.
Employment conditions
- Permanent contract
- 40 hours per week with the possibility of shifts (including evenings and weekends)
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Place of work: Piacenza
Responsibilities
- Remote monitoring of plants and daily checks via supervision systems
- Diagnosis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, automation or other types of faults
- Technical support to customers via telephone and remote control
- Drafting of technical intervention reports for customers and the After-Sales Service Manager
Job Qualifications
- Technical qualification (industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, automation or equivalent)
- Autonomy, methodical approach and organisational skills in managing interventions
- Proven skills in: electricity, electrical engineering, mechanics, valves, instrumentation and automation
- Experience in the biogas and/or Oil&Gas sector is a plus
- Up-to-date electrical certifications are considered an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts, including evening or weekend shifts
- Knowledge of technical English (for remote support and relations with international customers); knowledge of French is an added value
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and aptitude for customer contact
