Job Description

Prepare, supervise and monitor all aspects of plant start-up.

Responsibilities

Mission 1:

Preparation for unit start-up activity (collection of site documents, communication to the plant manager, reporting of any difficulties or problems encountered on the plant, etc.)

Mission 2 :

Commissioning supervision (listing of elements and conditions necessary for the commissioning of Prodeval products with the project manager and the customer, checking progress on site, etc.)

Mission 3:

Commissioning of Prodeval installations (management of internal and external technical teams on site, supervision of on-site technicians, supervision of installation start-up with remote automation technicians, verification of correct operation of the installation and maintenance of performance levels at the end of commissioning, drafting of end-of-commissioning reports and updating them if necessary, training of customers on the operation of the installation, etc.)

Mission 4 :

Installation monitoring (customer training on installation operation, remote control of on-site technicians, technical support to customers and hotline teams, remote injection testing, installation injection control and validation, creation of internal injection and transmission reports, process modifications to optimize the installation)

Mission 5 :

Participate in continuous process improvement (feedback to PRODEVAL development teams, suggesting ways to improve PRODEVAL products, suggesting appropriate documents for the operation of PRODEVAL products (technical instructions), etc.)

Job Qualifications

Vary based on the applicant. Experience with biogas, plant management and start-up activities is required.
