Job Description

You will join the Engine Overhaul team that deals with the ordinary maintenance and overhaul of the engines of our customers’ cogeneration and biogas plants. After a period of training alongside you, you will be included in the maintenance teams at the on-site overhaul workshop and you will also have the opportunity to make short trips to customers in Italy and abroad for extraordinary maintenance activities on the engine or replacement.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following macro activities: 

• Dismantling and assembly of turbocharger, intercooler, exchangers, camshafts and crankshafts, pumps, manifolds, starter motor,…
• Wear analysis and measurements of the monobloc and crankshaft
• Engine wash
• Valve adjustment

You will have the opportunity to interact with diverse sectors and expert professionals who will share their skills and allow you to acquire solid professional experience in the technical field.

Job Qualifications

• You have obtained a technical diploma and have gained experience in engine overhaul workshops (cars, heavy vehicles, agricultural vehicles)
• Engines are your passion and you want to make it your job
• You have good manual skills and familiarity with the use of tools for disassembly, assembly and motor assembly operations
• You have knowledge of motors and mechanics
• You are flexible and available to travel
• You are a reliable and curious professional
