We are looking for a dynamic and determined Sales Manager for the Italian market with a strong passion for sales, innovation and sustainability.
Travel requirement: more than 75% throughout Italy.
Location: Lombardy (Milan, Monza, Bergamo)
Responsibilities
- Search for new contacts and new business opportunities on the national territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Visit current and potential customers to understand their needs and propose customized solutions.
- Travel the assigned territory to identify new business opportunities.
- Actively listen to customer needs and transform them into concrete solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical-commercial team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a salesperson, agent, business developer, or technical-commercial person in the industrial plant sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and drive long distances.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- Passion for sustainable and innovative solutions.
- Professional knowledge of Italian and English.
- Knowledge of other languages (German, French) is considered a plus.
- Existing portfolio of business relationships in the industrial water treatment sector (wastewater and process water treatment): will be considered a plus.
