Job Description

You will be included in the team of commissioning engineers for the start-up and field testing of Biogas, Cogeneration and Biomethane plants installed at our customers in Italy and abroad.

Responsibilities

After a period of training and support from senior resources, you will be responsible for:

• Start up new cogeneration and gas upgrading plants, in collaboration with the commissioning coordinator, in compliance with company programs and customer needs;
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities, interacting with supporting company functions: senior commissioner, engineering, industrialization, software office, warehouse, etc.;
• Support the team in drafting operating procedures and collecting documentation relating to new technologies launched;
• Complete the necessary commissioning documentation relating to correct start-up
• Report possible problems, defects and missing parts during the plant start-up phase, using the company’s IT tools

Job Qualifications

• You have an electrical or electronics diploma or a degree in Engineering (Electrical/Automation/Electronics)
• You have minimal work experience in the installation and/or testing of complex systems.
• You have good knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs);
• You have a basic knowledge of motoring and/or technical gas treatment processes;
• You have a good knowledge of the English language;
• You are flexible and available to travel for long periods of time, in Italy and abroad on a continuous basis
• You are used to working to deadlines and in contact with the customer
• You have strong problem solving skills and enjoy analyzing problems and finding technical solutions.
