PRO-PILOT: Unlocking Full Operational Potential

To further enhance performance, PRODEVAL has developed PRO-PILOT, an online dashboard designed for operators. It collects and analyzes operational data to help maximize unit efficiency.

PRO-PILOT’s key objectives:

• Reduce operating costs: Lower electricity use, activated carbon consumption, and human intervention needs

• Optimize performance: Improve load rates, manage biogas storage, and reduce losses

• React quickly to deviations: Monitor performance indicators and detect anomalies in real time
